So I am surfing the blogs and I am shocked that I have beat my other two blogging sister's Dolly and Donna to an Easter post! Girls???
Our week is finally over! Thank you JESUS! Not to give anyone the wrong idea about our Easter, but when you're working at a church, certain times of the year are draining. Easter is one of these times. But I must say, that even with the chaos of our weekend, our Easter service today left me refreshed, renewed, and awed at God's love for me. So undeserving am I, but yet Jesus loves me. He died a cruel death, was buried and rose again ALL FOR ME! When I truly think about that, does anything else matter? The chaos in our weekend was soon diminished and the focus was back to where it should be, on the true meaning of today, Easter!
By the way, kudos to whoever at South Biscayne was responsible for the "Amazing Grace/My chains are Gone" song/drama (by Chris Tomlin from the movie Amazing Grace). Major tear jerker!
Anyhoo, below are some pictures from our day. Oh, and we officially celebrated Sweet Margaux Jeanne's 1st birthday, today, with Danny's family!
The Saul, Delegrange (minus baby Tyler), and Logan children. They all just received a chocolate bunny which Harry Jack had all
over his white shirt by the time we got home.
My Maddie girl! Ooh La La! She had her outfit and hair planned out for a few weeks. Thanks Grammy and Grand Daddy for the beautiful dress!
I love that God blessed us with "pairs." These two are definitely a pair. Hopefully Harry Jack
and Margaux will be a close pair too!

SMJ!!!! Maddie is so cute. She always tells me how much she lovesMargaux in words like this, "Mommy I love Margaux more then a million dollars!"
Margaux's birthday cake. A very good friend of ours made this yummy cake. Notice the missing left side of the butterfly in the right bottom corner. Any guess who??? Thank you Harry Jack!

I LOVED reading this post this morning and seeing all your pictures of the kids yesterday. I especially can't believe how grown up Maddie looks. That one picture of her posing with her leg crossed over her ankle cracks me up! I love HJ's face in the picture with JC and the kids. Hilarious! And I love little Margaux's dress on her. All your kids looked really cute and I know you made Easter really special for them. You're a wonderful mommy Denise! We sure missed you here this weekend but looks like you all had a lot warmer Easter there too! I love you
How cute is Maddie with her "wedge" shoes - stylin! All your kids look great. I'm glad you guys had a great Easter weekend and when it's all said and done you do have to stop and realize the REAL reason we celebrate Easter. Have a great week! :)
I also loved reading your blog, and I've been anxiously waiting to see it. Thanks for those beautiful pictures. We did have a nice time here yesterday with the whole family, and we really did miss you. I hope you can relax a bit this week and wind down from the past several days. Take a trip to the beach and just relax one day. Can't wait to get you up here in May. Have a good day. ILY

So sweet of Grammy and Grand Daddy to get her that dress.....ALWAYS growing up, my grandparents on my mom's side would buy my Easter dress as my birthday present. Such a nice way for them to help out. :O)
